What are your rental criteria and application process?
Every tenant is considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved applications are encouraged to speed up the leasing process. All units are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. - 
			
What are the lease terms available?
Minimum 1-Year Lease preferred but shorter terms are available upon request! - 
			
What utilities are included in the rent?
Gas is included with rent and Water is billed on a monthly utilities billing system. - 
			
Do you allow pets? If so, what are the pet policies and any associated fees?
Yes! We are a very pet friendly apartment complex. We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet plus a monthly pet rent (price determined based upon size/amount of animals) - 
			
Is renters' insurance required?
Yes. - 
			
What amenities are available on-site?
We have an elevator in each building and secure entry via intercom system into the complexes. - 
			
What parking options are provided?
There is lot parking on the main lot and reserved underground parking in each building. - 
			
Is the complex in a safe neighborhood?
Yes! It’s also very close to the interstate. - 
			
How do I pay rent and request maintenance?
We have an online portal as well as an on-site manager you can stop in and put requests into and a drop box if the office is closed. - 
			
Are there any community events or social activities organized by the complex?
Yes! We have themed photo contests, grill outs with planting/decorating in the Spring, lots of "jingling and mingling" at our Holiday parties, nights by the grills, coffee & cookies with the staff, all sorts of fun things to bring the community together! - 
			
Is the property smoke-free?
There are designated smoking areas, but there is no smoking in the complexes, units or parking areas. - 
			
Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours?
Main Linn County noise restrictions but, please always remember that everyone is entitled to peaceable habitability. - 
			
How do I access the building and amenities after hours?
Via the secure entry pin pad by the main doors or with your key to the unit. - 
			
Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the rent?
There is a monthly trash fee ($7.00) and monthly pest control fee ($2.50)
