Meet Our Team
Meet Madyson, our On-Site Manager. With managerial experience for over 4 years in the Property Management world, Madyson knows all of the ins and outs of leasing, rentals, evictions, tenant and owner satisfaction. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family! She has a son, 2 dogs. She enjoys boating, dancing and singing, playing with her kid and dogs. Her favorite holiday is Halloween - so you will always see her in something skeleton or ghost related. Need a recommendation on a haunted house? She's got all the best ones in the area! Mathew has been the head of the maintenance department since March of 2025. He and Madyson have worked side-by-side since June of 2023. Prior to his Property Maintenance background, Mathew was an auto-technician for 15 years. He's a father of 3 children and spends his free time with family.
